About RUSSOFT portal

RUSSOFT.org is a non-profit dedicated portal serving the interests of Russia's offshore software development companies and of international customers seeking information about the IT-resources available for hire in the Russian Federation.

The main purpose of RUSSOFT.org is to provide assistance for executives and businesspeople considering outsourcing of software development to Russia. Moreover, the portal is intended to be an educational source for those who are new in outsourcing.

The portal is updated frequently and we recommend you to visit RUSSOFT.org from time to time in order to learn more about outsourcing in general, the peculiarities of outsourcing to Russia, trends in offshore outsourcing, and various legal and HR-issues in Russia.

The portal was founded in 2000 by Nick Puntikov.
